Like for example in the Docks i have 4 plots of Oca Oca, each garden makes 15 food. Available for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 52.3k. I never use corrals much at all! i only free range! Slime Rancher is the tale of Beatrix LeBeau, a plucky, young rancher who sets out for a life a thousand light years away from Earth on the 'Far, Far Range' where she tries her hand at making a living wrangling slimes. The main area is good for corrals with more "dangerous" slimes/largos anyway.Īnd then I'm trying out keeping puddle slimes in all the plots + the pond in the Docks and it's working well so far although I'm having a bit of an issue with shy slimes in the waterfall pond thing. I tried free ranging in the main area but it got too chaotic for me, so I'm sticking to the other two. I think I have about 20-30 largos in there now and it's a bit chaotic at times with all the teleporting but it works fine and they seem happy with 3 plots used for gardens.
Slime rancher game pad how to set up update#
In the Grotto I'm keeping quantum phospor largos and it works well to keep them contained (I tried keeping quantums in the overgrowth both as normal slimes and largos but they would escape, they don't if you keep them as largos in the Grotto since they can't get out of the exits). Since Update 1.2.0 came out, the old 5-Day Rush is gone and replaced with Rush Mode, a much more detailed and honestly more stressful mode than the original. (super easy way to get lots of pink plort for slime science). Hi, as the title says I am trying to play Slime Rancher (Steam Version, Windows 10) with my controller (XBOX Series X Controller), but no matter what I set in steam's controller settings Slime Rancher won't recognise my controller, all other games work perfectly fine with it, just Slime Rancher won't for some reason. I'm using the overgrowth for pink slimes (I think I have about 70 there) and it works when I use all 4 plots for gardens, although I suspect it wouldn't be enough to keep them happy if there wasn't the automatic foods in hens etc.
